Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Compliance Officer, based in Johannesburg.

The salary range on offer is between R600k - R750k p/a.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the compliance framework (including policies, manuals, templates, and related processes) to identify, assess, monitor, and report major compliance risks.
  • Responsible for ensuring all cases of non-compliance are reported accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by working together to identify and manage compliance risks.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, or Compliance/Auditing qualification.
