Our client is building a world -class omnichannel brand—and to accelerate this next stage of growth, they are now seeking a B2B/Wholesale Manager to lead all international wholesale and agency operations. About the Brand Our client is an established, premium lingerie brand recognised for its focus on perfect fit, technical innovation, and empowering design. With a bold relaunch underway, they are investing heavily in brand elevation, international expansion, and strengthening their B2B partnerships across Europe and beyond. With a multichannel presence spanning e -commerce, wholesale, and distributors, the brand is committed to building a global community of loyal customers—supported by strong values of design, inclusivity, craftsmanship, and customer focus. The Role As B2B/Wholesale Manager, you will take full ownership of all B2B, wholesale, and partner channels. You'll be the driving force behind developing international wholesale markets through agents, distributors, and key retail partners. This is a highly entrepreneurial role—you will be the brand's first dedicated wholesale specialist, giving you significant impact, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape future team growth. You'll work closely with senior leadership and e -commerce teams as the brand scales rapidly. Your responsibilities span three core areas: 1. Wholesale & Agent Management ● Build, manage, and nurture relationships with agents and distributors across key regions ● Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, pricing structures, and contracts ● Ensure strong execution of agreements across markets ● Recruit, onboard, and lead your future B2B/wholesale team 2. Operational & Trade Activation ● Provide operational support to agents and distributors (sample sets, pricing, labels, POS, etc.) ● Coordinate training for partners on Shopify B2B and key sales tools ● Organise international trade shows, from planning to post -show follow -up ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand and sales presentation ● Maintain a central B2B sales pipeline tracking orders and leads 3. Data, Performance & Market Growth ● Own all B2B and wholesale performance metrics ● Analyse sell -in and sell -through data to support forecasting and planning ● Identify region -specific opportunities and secure 3PL/distribution partners as needed ● Drive sustainable growth across channels and territories About You Our client is looking for someone who brings both strategic leadership and hands -on Commercial Drive. You will ideally have: ● Strong relationship management experience within fashion or apparel wholesale ● Background negotiating with agents, distributors, and major retail partners ● Excellent commercial understanding—margin, pricing, contracts, and revenue ● International experience and comfort managing multiple markets ● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data ● Experience with hybrid wholesale/marketplace models (advantage, not essential) ● Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) ● Ability to stay organised and calm within a dynamic, fast -growth environment
