We are seeking a talented Wholesale Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandising team, drive strategic growth initiatives and innovate in a dynamic retail environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Merchandising. Responsibilities Lead Edison Stone Wholesale business, achieving team KPIs & targets, streamlining processes, and developing succession plans. Oversee implementation of divisional merchandise strategy, aligning actions with key projects and overall business strategy. Grow wholesale business to Key and Strategic accounts, elevating wholesale brands within retail channels. Organise exclusive brand merchandise processes, providing strategic guidance to align with business imperatives. Provide guidance to Key Account Managers on range curation for import brands, delivering on‑trend, relevant, high‑margin products. Manage compliance team to ensure adherence to all conformance areas while meeting group KPIs. Qualifications Education: Relevant degree or diploma (Interior / Fashion Design, Retail Business Management, Textile, Consumer Science). Experience: 7‑10 years buying / supplier experience / wholesale, 5+ years management experience. Specific Knowledge: Strategy, growth and market share, category extensions, pricing architecture, retail, merchandise cycle, QC process, value chain process.
