We are seeking a highly skilled
Engineering Lead
with a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle while guiding teams in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Java, Python, cloud platforms, DevOps, and best-practice engineering methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality applications using
    Java (Spring Boot)
    and
    Python
    .
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, version control, CI/CD, cloud services, and automation.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of backend services, systems integration, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, and DevOps.
  • Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Manage code quality, reviews, and version control processes (GitHub / Azure DevOps).
  • Support deployment and monitoring of cloud resources (Azure Functions or AWS Lambda).
  • Optional: Provide guidance on automating workflows using
    Microsoft Power Automate
    .

Required Technical Skills

  • Full understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Java programming
    with strong hands-on experience in
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Python programming
    , including experience with
    LangChain
    and other modern frameworks.
  • Cloud certification
    in either:
  • Azure Fundamentals
    with hands-on experience in
    Azure Functions
    , or
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
    with experience in
    AWS Lambda
    .
  • Strong experience with
    Version Control
    tools (GitHub / Azure DevOps).
  • Proven experience building and managing
    CI/CD pipelines
    (preferably Azure DevOps).
  • Working knowledge of cloud architectures, integrations, and microservices.
  • Optional: Experience using
    Microsoft Power Automate
    .
