Role Description
We're looking for a
Senior New Car Sales Executive
to join our
MG franchise
in the
Johannesburg Metropolitan Area
.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a high-performing sales professional who can lead by example — achieving personal sales targets while mentoring and supporting fellow sales executives.
You'll play a key role in driving MG's growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to a motivated, results-driven team.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Mentor and support fellow sales executives
- Assist management with sales processes and team performance
- Advise customers on MG models and finance options
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the MG brand
Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of proven automotive sales experience - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a consistent record of achieving results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid South African driver's license
