Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, email, and websites to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and enhance the overall brand presence.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to integrate innovative strategies.
  • Work on experimental marketing initiatives to explore new growth avenues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, or other performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Experience in content creation and management across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a marketing team.
