What You'll Do

  • Create engaging, high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, emails, and more
  • Assist in shaping and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
  • Design infographics, motion graphics, and other creative content to tell stories visually
  • Work with different teams to brainstorm and deliver innovative design concepts on deadline
  • Learn the science of selling, create designs that don't just look good, they drive clicks, conversions, and real business results
  • Support marketing goals through fresh, commercially relevant design ideas

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (minimum 65% average) in Digital Design or a related field
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
  • Familiar with web standards, digital design trends, and social-first content
  • A good grasp of typography and layout principles
  • A proactive self-starter who can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • An interest in the link between design and marketing strategy
