International Operations Specialist, International Ops

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Respond to client requests with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
- Collaborate with medical and security teams to coordinate services.
- Accurately document cases and manage them with urgency and care.
- Communicate logistics clearly and follow billing procedures.
- Escalate cases when needed and seek feedback for service improvement.
- Build positive relationships internally and externally.
- Promote company values and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Participate in training and contribute to team development.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OH&S policies.
- Participate in inspections, training, and incident reporting.
- Maintain equipment and act as a safety role model.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong operational and logistics capabilities with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to understand and respond to complex requests.
- Resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, and quick to grasp situations and requirements.
- Clear, confident communicator-both written and verbal-with strong situational awareness.
- Collaborative team player with solid IT proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Integrity & Ethics: Trusted, honest, and aligned with company values.
- Operational Excellence: Detail-focused, responsive, and committed to high-quality service delivery.
- Communication: Proactive, clear, and informative in all interactions.

- 1-2 years in logistics or customer service (call center, travel, or healthcare experience preferred).
- Completed secondary education (Matric/Grade 12); tertiary education is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Shift-based role with occasional overtime, depending on operational needs.
