Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in the City of Cape Town. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves account management, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will work closely with various teams to meet sales targets and support the overall sales strategy.

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the industrial automation, machinery, or renewable energy sectors is a plus
