Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, handling lead generation efforts, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the role requires active engagement with clients to understand their needs and communicate the value of Clayworks' solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Business Development and Sales strategies to drive revenue and company growth
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and resources efficiently
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or outbound automation tools is a plus
  • Experience in B2B industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
