We are seeking a professional, well-presented
Spa Receptionist
to be the welcoming face of our Spa. The ideal candidate will embody grace, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and create a serene, professional atmosphere.
  • Handle all spa reservations efficiently (telephone, email, and in-person).
  • Ensure accurate billing, payments, and daily cash-up procedures.
  • Maintain guest records and preferences for a personalized experience.
  • Liaise closely with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Upsell and promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
  • Ensure reception and relaxation areas are immaculate at all times.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a
    Spa Receptionist
    in a
    5-star hotel or luxury spa environment
    .
  • Exceptional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spa booking systems, Chi-Desk.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • A passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
