The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident and experienced
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to lead client outreach and contribute directly to our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments, understands high-value client communications, and represents luxury brands with polish and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and cold calls to prospective clients
- Initiate and nurture meaningful conversations with decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Keep detailed notes and data within our CRM system
- Stay ahead of industry and market trends to tailor outreach
Requirements
- 3+ year experience in cold calling / outbound sales
- Experience engaging
US/UK clients - Exceptional spoken and written English (native or fluent)
- Professional, confident phone manner and polished personal presentation
- Strong self-discipline, drive, and the ability to hit targets independently
- Bonus: South African driver's license
