Guest Relations Officer

The purpose of the position is to ensure that each guest receives a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay. You will anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and provide information about services and local attractions, helping to create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
Post matric hotel school qualification would be advantageous
2-3 years' experience in a five-star environment
Guest-centric personality
Service orientated
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Eager to meet guest expectations
High level of English proficiency
Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic, a team player, with a positive attitude
Be willing to work shifts
Own transport preferable
Key Performance Objectives:
· Managing guests pre-arrival emails
· Handle guest inquiries in a professional and effective manner:
· Ensure knowledge of hotel room categories and layout of the property
· Providing guests with information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
· Addressing guest enquiries and resolving guest complaints, effectively and efficiently
· Pit checks to be done on each shift daily.
· Operate the hotel's Property Management System: OPERA Cloud.
· Check guest in upon arrival and check them out upon departure,
· Liaise effectively between departments.
