Are you ready to make an impact at Confluence Technologies? As our
Billing Specialist
, you'll be a key player in our Revenue Accounting team, ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely invoices. You'll work with data from multiple sources, streamline processes, and help us deliver best-in-class service.

You'll collaborate with Revenue Accountants, manage professional services contracts, and track project progress—all while driving efficiency and innovation in our billing operations.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
Essential Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experience:
  3–5 years in a similar billing or accounting role
• Technical Skills:
• Intermediate in
  Excel
  and other Microsoft Office suite products
• Experience with
  NetSuite ERP and Sales Force are plus.
• Competencies:
• Critical Thinking
• Time Management
• Communication
• Data Analysis
• Business Acumen

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with
  professional services contracts
  and project tracking
• Familiarity with
  revenue streams
  such as minimums, overages, and consultancy
• Prior exposure to
  credit memos
  and reconciliations
• Experience working with
  global currencies
