Mission of the Role:

Join us a Product Manager. You will play a key role in leading the strategic development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the Collision Avoidance System (CAS) product portfolio. The role ensures that products meet operational safety standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance across mining and industrial environments.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and maintain the CAS product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, deployment, and support teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and certification requirements.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams and represent the product portfolio with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive cost-effectiveness, scalability, and user experience improvements to maximize customer value.
  • Communicate product updates, improvements, and changes to customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced qualifications in product management, business administration, or industrial automation are advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mining safety systems, particularly Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS).
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management or related roles within the mining, industrial technology, or safety systems sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product portfolios.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, certification processes, and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market adoption.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
