With a focus on high standards and personalized service, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and ensure excellence in service execution.

Position Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing front-of-house operations. This includes supervising staff, ensuring a consistent luxury service standard, resolving guest concerns, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in high-volume environments and has an eye for detail and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily floor operations during service, ensuring smooth guest flow and staff performance.

· Lead pre-shift briefings and assign daily responsibilities to waiters, runners, and hostesses.

· Ensure compliance with brand service standards, presentation, and guest engagement expectations.

· Support with guest seating, service recovery, and handling of special requests or complaints.

· Monitor POS transactions, table turnover, and team productivity throughout the shift.

· Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of front-of-house staff.

· Conduct routine checks on cleanliness, uniform standards, and health & safety compliance.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and beverage service.

· Oversee private dining setups, events, and VIP arrangements with discretion and precision.

· Ensure shift closing procedures and reporting are completed accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 4–6 years of experience in premium casual or luxury dining environments.

· Prior experience supervising front-of-house teams in high-volume operations.

· Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest journey.

· Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

· Experience with POS systems, reservations software, and service sequence protocols.

· Strong floor presence, decision-making ability, and guest engagement skills.

· Flexibility to work in a rotating shift pattern, weekends, and holidays.
