Location: V&A Waterfront Cape Town

A polished, professional Restaurant Supervisor with experience in managing busy, premium dining environments. Skilled in leading service teams, overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring smooth service flow. Confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining high operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
  • Valid South African ID (no work permits)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced establishments
  • Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service standards
  • Ability to manage teams, resolve guest concerns and uphold brand standards
