Laduree is a luxury dining destination that blends artisanal bakery elegance with premium restaurant cuisine and a curated champagne bar experience. We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist / Barman to bring to life our sophisticated Cocktail wine and champagne-based beverage program with flair, consistency, and guest-centric hospitality.

Position Summary:

The Mixologist / Barman is responsible for preparing and serving high-end Cocktail, wine champagne-based drinks, and other non-alcoholic beverages in a luxury environment. This role requires strong beverage knowledge, creativity in presentation, and excellent guest interaction skills. You will work closely with the service team to ensure each guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and serve bespoke cocktails, signature beverages, and wine and champagne-based drinks with creativity and precision.

· Prepare drink garnishes, syrups, infused waters, and fresh ingredients daily to support the menu.

· Engage with guests at the bar or tables to recommend beverage pairings and specialty drinks.

· Maintain the bar area in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and hygiene compliance.

· Operate bar equipment safely and maintain them according to manufacturer standards.

· Collaborate with the Beverage Manager on menu development, seasonal specials, and product innovation.

· Ensure proper stock levels, handle requisitions, and manage wastage and par stock efficiently.

· Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, service, and presentation.

· Support in training junior bar staff and upholding service excellence.

· Handle service recovery when needed and elevate the guest journey with knowledge and charm.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-end hospitality as a Mixologist or Barman.

· Strong knowledge in Local and international wine.

· Specialized experience in mocktails, champagne service, and non-alcoholic mixology.

· Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, glassware, ingredients, and bar hygiene.

· Proficiency in using bar tools, juicers, shakers, siphons, and blenders.

· Guest-facing service skills and confidence in beverage storytelling and upselling.

· Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.

· Knowledge of HACCP and food safety in beverage preparation.
