Minimum Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) in Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Procurement / Logistics / Public Management or Administration / Finance /Accounting/ Audit/Law/Business Management/Administration or related)
  • 2 years' experience in private or public sector Contract Administration or Management/Procurement or SCM / Finance/Audit/Law
  • Experience acquired in an infrastructure procurement

Statutory & Other Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of process/life cycle, and key elements of contract management and administration.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Procurement and SCM.

Job specifications

  • Render services during Contract Development, and Close-out/Renewals
  • Ensure Contract Communication to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with policies and contract terms.
  • Contribute to improvement and maintenance of supplier relationship management.
  • Prepare contract reports.
  • Provide support to Procurement Unit.

Specific Role Requirements

  • The position may entail overtime work and travel on occasion to provide support
