We are looking for a
Bashstore Operations Partner
to join our Bashstore team In this dynamic position, you will be part of the team spearheading the expansion of our omnichannel network by onboarding, training and supporting stores joining our Bash Store endless aisle offering. You will play a key role in ensuring each store is seamlessly integrated into our ecosystem, well-versed in established SOP, comfortable using technology and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect.

The role requires delivering full-stack operational outputs that drive compliance and performance, effectively managing priorities across multiple stores and tasks while balancing urgency and quality, and aligning all work with brand needs to support strong sales outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Stack-Level Ownership:
  Managing operational compliance and execution across multiple brands within a stack — Management of individual brands but owning a stack of brands. Owning operating outcomes across the full stack
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Driving top-down performance by partnering closely with store managers, area managers, and internal stakeholders. This includes aligning execution with strategy, closing gaps, and creating shared accountability.
• Proactive Performance Management:
  Moving from reactive support to proactive, insight-led decision making — surfacing patterns, identifying risks early, and enabling stores to act decisively.
• Decentralised Operational Insight:
  Empowering field teams by providing the right visibility and tools — creating clarity, consistency, and a culture of operational excellence across the stack.
• Driving Sales Through Operational Discipline
  : Linking compliance, readiness, and execution to sales performance — understanding what's working, what's missing, and how to replicate success.

WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:

• Experienced in training and change management within an operational capacity
• 2+ years in a retail and eCommerce environment
• Understanding of the omni-channel ecosystem within retail
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving ops support queries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills you already have:

• Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
