The Operations Partner is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and strategic day-to-day operations at the practice level in the Western Cape. This role reports to the COO combining hands-on operational oversight with strategic execution, liaising with practice partners, staff development, and performance monitoring to support the growth and success of the practices in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
● Practice oversight
● Execution of strategic plans
● Issue resolution and/or escalation
● Team training and development
● Workflow enhancements
● Delivering high level strategy at practice level
● Performance monitoring: KPIs and budgets Key
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong leadership and people management skills
● Strategic thinking with operational execution capability
● Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in performance monitoring, budgeting, and reporting
● Technical competence in relevant software packages
Qualifications & Experience:
● Relevant qualification, e.g., Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fields
● Proven experience in operations management, ideally within dental industry
● Experience in team development and workflow optimisation
