About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant who can provide strong support across accounts, office administration, and basic marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, good with numbers, and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise appointments

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Assist with general office support

Accounts Support

  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking

  • Capture and update financial data (e.g., receipts, statements, payments)

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding fees or documents

  • Assist with monthly account summaries or reconciliations

  • Work with tools like Sage / Excel (or tools your company uses)

Marketing Support

  • Assist with creating basic marketing content (emails, posts, flyers)

  • Work with platforms such as Canva, Brevo, or social media tools

  • Help update the website or course information (if applicable)

  • Support digital campaigns (email newsletters, promotions, etc.)

  • Monitor engagement and assist with data reporting

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • Previous admin experience (1 year preferred)

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Basic understanding of accounts or willingness to learn

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Comfortable using online tools and social media

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
