Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and executive support tasks. Key duties include managing expense reports, assisting with executive-level tasks, maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also serve as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and related documentation
- Experience in providing comprehensive Executive Support to senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
