We are recruiting on behalf of our US client,
Nurture & Nature ABA & Consultation
, a behavioural health organisation dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support their CEO, COO, and Vice President. This is a key position that ensures the executive team operates smoothly, efficiently, and with focus on strategic priorities.

Tasks

  • You will be the central point of coordination for executive operations, including:
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic planning activities
  • Supporting project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely deliverables
  • Handling confidential information (HIPAA-aligned) with professionalism
  • Assisting with finance processes—invoice tracking, budgeting, expense management
  • Supporting HR tasks such as recruitment coordination and onboarding
  • Managing travel, events, and community engagement logistics
  • Acting as the primary liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience supporting senior executives (healthcare/ABA/non-profit a PLUS)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage sensitive information
  • A calm, reliable, professional presence

This role is
office-based in Auckland Park
.

You will work
US business hours
to provide real-time support to the leadership team.
