, a behavioural health organisation dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support their CEO, COO, and Vice President. This is a key position that ensures the executive team operates smoothly, efficiently, and with focus on strategic priorities.
Tasks
- You will be the central point of coordination for executive operations, including:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Coordinating leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic planning activities
- Supporting project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely deliverables
- Handling confidential information (HIPAA-aligned) with professionalism
- Assisting with finance processes—invoice tracking, budgeting, expense management
- Supporting HR tasks such as recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Managing travel, events, and community engagement logistics
- Acting as the primary liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience supporting senior executives (healthcare/ABA/non-profit a PLUS)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Exceptional organisation and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage sensitive information
- A calm, reliable, professional presence
This role is
office-based in Auckland Park
.
You will work
US business hours
to provide real-time support to the leadership team.
