Our Client, a leading authority in the Accounting and Audit Industry; is seeking to employ an Audit Partner/Director to their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

  • Registered Auditor (IRBA).
  • Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)].
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Management role within an audit firm.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Independently manage, plan, and coordinate the firm's functions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to maintain and improve the quality of audit and assurance work.
  • Deliver top-quality client service in line with professional standards.
  • Drive business growth through client relationship management and fee generation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and professional ethics.
  • Oversee quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
