Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Outbound Telesales Advisors to join our growing remote
sales team. This role is ideal for confident communicators with a passion for sales,
customer service, and sustainability. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for
making high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their business
waste needs, and providing tailored cost-saving solutions over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound B2B calls to prospective SME customers.
- Promote BargainWaste's services and highlight cost-saving benefits.
- Provide quotations and close sales directly over the phone.
- Ensure compliance with waste industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed on products and compliance updates.
- Work independently to achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 18 months' experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
- Proven ability to convert cold and warm leads into successful sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently from home.
- Computer literate with experience using CRM or call systems.
- Access to a reliable internet connection, PC/laptop/tablet, and headset.
- A target-driven approach with a positive and resilient attitude.
- Desirable: Background in the waste management or recycling industry.
- Desirable: Experience in commission-based sales or self-employed telesales roles.
Probation Period
This role includes a one-month probation period during which you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet sales targets and successfully close deals. Continued employment beyond this period is subject to satisfactory performance.
