created by extended payment terms and restricted access to traditional credit.

By accelerating payments, EPS improves cash flow for SMMEs, strengthens supply chain

resilience for Anchor Corporates, and delivers low-risk, high-impact investment opportunities through a structured financing model. EPS is transforming the supply chain finance landscape in South Africa by driving financial inclusion, SME empowerment, and economic resilience.

Role Overview

The Client Service Officer (CSO) is responsible for managing the EPS Client Service and

Support Desk, acting as the primary point of contact for SMMEs and Anchor Corporates. The role covers query resolution, onboarding support, invoice discounting process management, collections tracking, compliance reporting, and user training.

The CSO will also serve as the custodian of EPS Training Manuals and support materials,

ensuring consistent training delivery and client education across both SMMEs and Anchor

Corporates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Education: Minimum National Diploma in Business Administration, Finance,

Customer Service, Information Systems, or related field. Bachelor's Degree

advantageous.

 Experience: 2–3 years in a client service or call centre role (preferably fintech,

banking, or payments).

 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with invoice discounting, customer onboarding,

and financial services will be advantageous.

 Technical Proficiency: Call centre systems, CRM tools, and digital customer support

platforms.

 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track transactions, monitor collections, and

resolve discrepancies.

 Communication: Clear written and verbal communication across diverse

stakeholders.
