About the Role

We are seeking a
Raw Material Supply Chain Specialist
to oversee and manage all inbound raw materials, bulk liquids, and related warehouse activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, supplier liaison, quality and food safety compliance, as well as efficient replenishment planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound raw materials, bulk liquids, and inventory movements.
  • Oversee stock control processes, including weekly and monthly reconciliations, surprise counts, and variance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Maintain supplier and product files, including quality certifications and specifications.
  • Run and manage Plans, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries.
  • Handle waste management processes and oversee warehouse equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve quality, scheduling, and stock-related issues.

Requirements

  • BCom Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain and/or warehousing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong ERP skills
  • Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be experienced in Syspro and Excel
