Supply Chain Specialist – FMCG

We are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Specialist
to join our dynamic team in the
FMCG industry
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, driving system improvements, and ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and end-user needs across the supply chain.
  • Support end users with proactive issue detection and resolution to ensure business continuity, including
    IDoc management
    .
  • Serve as the liaison between end users and IT operational teams.
  • Manage
    EDI tracking
    , monitoring performance from both a system and content perspective.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance working methods within Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Lead and manage supply chain system projects, including execution oversight, milestone tracking, resource planning, and on-time delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional business and IT projects to ensure system stability and business process continuity.
  • Develop Business Process Procedures to guide IT development teams and support training material creation.
  • Provide training to business partners on new or improved processes and system functionalities.
  • Deliver reports, queries, and data to support business intelligence with a strong focus on
    supply chain analytics
    .

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a similar supply chain or IT-related role.
  • Strong
    SAP (back-end)
    knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Background in
    FMCG
    industry preferred.
  • Solid understanding of both
    Supply Chain and IT
    processes.
  • Proven
    SAP competency
    across relevant modules.
  • Intermediate proficiency in
    Excel
    .
