Role Overview:
Preparation of Government and private tenders which is pricing, completion of Tender documents.
Understanding legal requirements of tenders
Increase business growth Otis Southern Africa
Liaising with customers and stake holders
On a typical day you will:
Review website for all tenders on a daily bais.
contact customers regarding tender submission
Princing of tender to be submitted to sales and managing director
Complete all PG of tender requirements
Submit all tender requirements Eg tax certificates , bank statements and BBBEE certificate ect.
Meet tender target date
Provide monthly results and SOS on tenders.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Excellent communication Skills
Computer proficiency especially in Excel and Power Point
Local Benefits or Selling Statement
Long term business employment contract.
