seeking a talented Digital Performance Lead to support their next stage of expansion.

Role Overview
This position is ideal for someone who loves using data, UX thinking, and experimentation to

drive measurable commercial results. You will take full ownership of the performance of the

company's website and digital pathways, ensuring every step of the user journey is

optimised for engagement, efficiency, and revenue generation.

The role combines analytics, CRO, SEO, UX oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll play a central part in shaping how prospects discover, interact with, and convert

across digital touchpoints.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Performance & Growth

  • Track and analyse digital performance on an ongoing basis, reporting on key

indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, engagement, and revenue

impact.

  • Identify under-performing areas within the digital funnel and implement structured

optimisation plans.

  • Develop a regular experimentation programme, including A/B tests, hypothesis-

driven improvements, and iterative learning cycles.

  • Provide insight and recommendations to support quarterly planning and forecasting.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to monitor trends, user behaviour, and performance

issues.

Website Experience, UX & SEO

  • Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and

alignment with brand standards.

  • Conduct routine checks to identify usability issues, errors, or opportunities to

streamline the user journey.

  • Partner with internal teams and external specialists to enhance site speed, structure,

navigation, and technical setup.

  • Apply SEO best practice across content, metadata, URL planning, and site

architecture.

  • Support targeted content updates, keyword research, and landing page

improvements designed to increase organic visibility and improve conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate digital assets and content updates linked to campaigns, product releases,

and new expert launches.

  • Work closely with commercial teams to ensure the website supports wider sales

goals.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies covering SEO, paid activity, or technical

optimisation.

  • Collaborate with development teams on testing, quality assurance, and deployment

of fixes or enhancements.

Reporting & Insight

  • Deliver clear and concise weekly and monthly insight reports on digital performance

and behavioural trends.

  • Identify friction points within the journey and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Turn data into meaningful strategies that strengthen engagement, conversion, and

ROI.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in a digital performance, growth marketing, or e-commerce optimisation

role.

  • Strong understanding of CRO, UX principles, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Confident using analytics tools such as GA4, plus heatmapping and behaviour-

tracking platforms.

  • Comfortable with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into commercially relevant

action.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
