Position: In-Store Sales Marketing Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales and Marketing Associate to support store performance through effective sales techniques, excellent customer service, and creative marketing initiatives. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, connecting with customers, and promoting products with enthusiasm, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers, offering personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Drive sales by upselling products, managing promotions, and meeting daily and weekly targets.
  • Support and execute local marketing efforts, including in-store events and promotional activities.
  • Review sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements for overall store performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive, energetic, and customer-centric atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, reliable, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Age requirement: 18–35 years.
