Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients in a compelling way
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and share best practices
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to maximize effectiveness
Qualifications Skills:
  • No prior sales experience required—comprehensive training provided
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • A passed Matric certifiicat or NQF Level 4 equivalent minimum education requirement
