Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Cape Town. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and presenting Bulkmatech's product offerings. The role includes negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and keeping track of market trends and competitor activities. The associate will also collaborate with the internal team to support client needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of waste management solutions, recycling equipment, or similar industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cape Town
  • Relevant certifications or education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
