Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Analyst, located on-site in Sandton. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and conducting business analysis. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with stakeholders, evaluating data, and providing insights for decision-making to support the growth and modernization of the National Lottery.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
- Ability to gather and document Business Requirements and evaluate Business Processes
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the gaming or lottery industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
