Client Success Coordinator

Job Summary
In this pivotal role, you will guide our clients through the complex real estate market.
From bond applications, transfer, onboarding to Hassle-free services, you'll ensure every client has a smooth, empowering experience and feels supported at every step.
Responsibilities
1) Financing & Documentation
- Guide clients through the property finance process, working closely with bond originators.
- Ensure clients apply under the correct ownership vehicle (company, trust, or personal).
- Verify and organise all required documentation for bond approval and transfer.
- Follow up proactively with clients to make sure deadlines and requirements are met.
2) Client Onboarding & Success
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings once property transfers are complete.
- Conduct onboarding sessions that teach clients how to manage their investment property like a business.
- Ensure client property portfolios are correctly reflected on the investRand platform.
- Provide resources and education to boost client confidence in their investments.
3) Hassle free set-up and support
- Support clients on Hassle-free property set-up by coordinating with contractors, caretakers/ property mangers on renovation and tenanting
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on property performance.
- Maintain regular communication with service providers to proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure the clients have a hassle-free experience with their property investment
4) Coordination & Support
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Liaise with attorneys, service providers, and PICs to ensure smooth handovers and consistently records service provider performance.
- Provide timely responses and clear communication to clients.
- Track and update client progress in CRM and internal systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience
in customer success, client services, or account management (real estate, financial services, or conveyancing experience an advantage). - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and digital tools (ActiveCampaign, SharePoint, Calendly, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
preferred
but not essential.
REMUNERATION
Salary: R8,000 – R10,000/month, depending on experience and performance.
