**Job Story**:
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the production team, video producers, client leads and other key stakeholders to execute on high quality video content that reflect branding priorities. The Production Coordinator will assist the producer and project lead on multiple projects simultaneously. The Production Coordinator will, primarily, be responsible for researching, admin assistance, scheduling and onset assistance, when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking briefs from Producers, Project Leads or Direct Clients to put into the production system for our team to execute.
- Assisting the producer and project lead in the creation of timelines for the internal team and external clients.
- Assisting the producer in setting up of shoots.
- Attending location shoots, when required.
- Assisting the producer or project lead in creating job briefs for the creative teams and edit briefs for post-production
- Attending weekly status meeting with producer and project lead and ensuring the creative team are aware of the tasks and requirements at hand.
- Assisting the producer on admin related responsibilities, such as recons of jobs when they have been filmed.
- Assisting the producer and project lead in ensuring Forecast is up to date.
- Keeping admin of various jobs up to date.
- Attending client meetings and briefings, when required.
- Keeping stock of office stationery and supplies (teas, milk, cleaning supplies etc), and purchasing these supplies when required, with permission from the executive producer.
- Managing the office assistant and their daily, weekly tasks for cleaning the office.
- Taking briefs from a variety of different business types.
- Adapting to shifting and evolving project requirements.
- Managing relationships with a diverse list of critical stakeholders, from clients to freelancers and colleagues.
- Working with people and building solid relationships with your colleagues and clients

**Skills & Experience**:

- Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Microsoft Teams
- An understanding of Forecast is beneficial
- 3 years minimum as a project coordinator
- You have a keen eye for details, and data
- You are organized and can prioritize effectively
- You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, solutions to problems or challenges that may arise
- Problem solving skills
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
