They are now seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations and ensure a seamless culinary experience.
Role Overview
As the Kitchen Manager, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost control. This role requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine. The Kitchen Manager will oversee food production, manage stock, and ensure quality control, all while leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.Food Production: Supervise and coordinate the preparation of dishes to maintain consistency and excellence.Stock Management: Receive and inspect stock deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy. Monitor stock levels and manage orders efficiently.Cost Control: Handle food costing, portion control, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff to uphold professional standards and teamwork.Menu Execution: Work closely with the chefs to maintain and enhance the Italian menu offerings while ensuring authenticity.Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen that meets all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
