Implications for the Role
• Candidate must work across two divisions (Asset Management + Fixed Income)
• Must manage competing priorities professionally
• Needs both technical depth and strong communication
• Must be comfortable with sensitive financial data and regulated environments
• High-accuracy and reliability required (batch jobs, reporting cycles)
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
• .NET Core (v7–v8) and C#
• Angular 2+ (ideally latest versions)
• SQL + solid data modelling
• Python automation experience
• API integrations, ETL workflows, data ingestion
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD
• Reporting dashboards (Stimulsoft, Excel)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• DevExtreme UI
• PowerBI
• Financial instruments knowledge (especially fixed income)
• Regulatory reporting exposure (SARB, ASISA)
Personal Attributes Needed
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Calm under pressure (month-end, quarter-end)
• Strong communicator with non-tech users
• Can balance two managers/divisions
• Takes ownership, proactive, mature
• Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
