Finance Administrator

Hire Resolve is excited to present an opportunity for an Entry Level Finance Administrator to join a vibrant team in a dynamic Property Management organization. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in finance. The Finance Administrator will be involved in various administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping, invoicing, leasing and accounting support.
The successful candidate will benefit from mentorship and training opportunities to help grow their skill set in the finance sector. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day financial operations and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with preparing and processing invoices and accounts payable
- Support the finance team in maintaining financial records
- Help in the preparation of financial reports
- Participate in payroll processing
- Assist with data entry and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- No prior work experience required (internships welcomed)
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
