About Us:

O-YES Properties is a dynamic, full-service real estate company, and our rental division is a cornerstone of our success. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-obsessed Rental Administrator to be the central hub of our entire rental operation. If you are a process-driven expert who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and keeping a busy team on track, this is the role for you.

The Role:

This is not a junior position. You are the "mission control" for every rental deal. You will own the entire administrative and financial lifecycle of a tenancy—from the moment an agent submits a deal, through all financial reconciliations, to the final file archive. Your work ensures our agents are supported, our clients are protected, and our business runs smoothly.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Owning the Finances:

Mastering our
Payprop

system, including all transactions, refunds, and daily
bank reconciliations

- Driving Compliance:

Managing all
FICA

and
FIC Reporting

, ensuring every deal is 100% compliant.
- Mastering the Deal Flow:

Processing all
New Deals, Renewals, and Cancellations

, and managing all file creation (physical and digital).
- Managing Data:

Running
TPN data exports

, maintaining the live
Rental Deal Tracking Sheet

, and updating cash flow reports.
- Supporting the Team:

Training agents on correct deal submission processes and being their go-to expert for all administrative queries.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Rental Administrator.
  • Expert-level skill in Payprop.
  • Strong knowledge of
    TPN

and
FICA/FIC

compliance.
- Proven experience with bank account reconciliation and financial administration.
- An obsession with detail and exceptional organizational skills (you love a good spreadsheet and a perfect file).
- The ability to communicate clearly and train others with confidence.

Salary Range
: R12,500 - R15,000 depending on experience.
