We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Intermediate Process Analyst
to join our Operations team. This critical role requires a solid foundation in process analysis, coupled with specific experience in the
Investment Banking
domain or significant knowledge of
Trading processes
. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, reducing risk, and optimizing key operational workflows within our high-stakes environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5 years
    of professional experience in a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar operational improvement role.
  • Crucial Requirement:
    Demonstrable experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets
    (e.g., Post-Trade Operations, Settlements, Corporate Actions, or Trade Support).
  • OR:
    Proven knowledge of the end-to-end Trading lifecycle
    , including pre-trade, execution, post-trade, clearance, and settlement processes for asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or FX.
  • Proficiency in process methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping & Analysis:
    Conduct detailed analysis, mapping, and documentation of current-state (As-Is) Investment Banking and/or Trading operations processes.
  • Optimization:
    Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, control gaps, and areas for improvement; propose and design optimized future-state (To-Be) processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate effectively with Front Office (Traders), Middle Office (Risk/Control), Technology, and Back Office teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Documentation & Standards:
    Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process control matrices.
  • Project Support:
    Support implementation projects by translating business requirements into actionable process steps and participating in testing (UAT).
  • Risk & Control:
    Ensure all process improvements comply with regulatory requirements and strengthen the internal control environment, particularly around trade lifecycle management.
