Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who is confident in presenting insights and solutions to Senior Management, while bridging the gap between business analysis and data engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to support strategic decision-making and technical implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Analyst Responsibilities:

Understand and interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic alignment.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including Senior Management, IT teams, and end-users to ensure alignment and clarity.

Create comprehensive documentation such as business requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, validate, and refine stakeholder input and feedback.

Identify risks and inefficiencies in existing business processes and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.

Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Data Engineering Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and efficient data models that align with business requirements and analytical objectives.

Integrate and consolidate data from diverse sources into a central repository or pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize data pipelines for improved performance, reliability, and scalability.

Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, translating complex data into digestible business insights.
