Responsibilities

  • Responsible for security and collateral management of syndication and bilateral loans. This includes both physical documentation and electronic agreement format.
  • Manage the archive and safekeeping of security/collateral level original documentation and electronic documentation, facility agreements and working documentation files.
  • Responsible for reviewing loan utilization requests on syndication and bilateral loans and make sure in line with Credit approval.
  • Preparation / review of facility agreements under syndication and bilateral loans.
  • Liaise with external law firms on security and collateral.
  • Manage reporting on Regulatory reports (HLAMDA, NCR, and SACCRA)
  • All aspects of credit administration in the Risk Management Department.
  • Ad hoc duties based on management requirements.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, B.Com / Finance
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in credit
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin speaking added advantage.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Knowledge of South African Company Act, Banks Act, Basel III, etc.
