Business Intelligence Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

System Development & Management

  • Design and implement a unified BI platform.
  • Ensure system stability, usability, and scalability.
  • Standardize BI processes, policies, and documentation.

Reporting & Insights

  • Automate reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Build impactful dashboards in collaboration with business units.
  • Champion best practices in BI reporting and visualization.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a BI team.
  • Manage capacity, workflow, and performance.
  • Drive growth, development, and succession planning.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree: B.Comm Information Systems or BSc Computer Science.
  • Experience:
  • 5–8 years in BI design.
  • 2+ years in data warehousing automation.
  • 3+ years hands-on SQL experience.
  • Skills: BI platforms, analytics, leadership, and strong problem-solving.
