We are looking for a BMC Data Analyst, Report Writer & Data Owner who will do Data Governance and Security, Collaboration and Requirements Gathering, Project Manage, Documentation Innovation & Enhancement.

The below Required Tasks and Candidate Requirements are including and not limited to.

Required Tasks:

• Configuration and Customization:
• Data Modelling and Integration
• Report and Dashboard Development
• Data Transformation and ETL
• BMC Helix platform
• Integrations

Support and Analysis:

• Advanced Data Analysis
• Performance Optimization
• Troubleshooting
• BMC Helix platform
• Integrations
• Pro-active maintenance:
• SM Engagement: Day-2-day tasks and system Administration

Candidate Requirements:

• Matric or National Certificate or Technical Support NQF Level 4 SAQA ID 78966
• BMC Helix related courses/accreditation/certification
• Microsoft Power BI courses/accreditation/certification
• Microsoft SQL & SSRS courses/accreditation/certification
• 3 years' experience in business analysis and related documentation
• 3 years as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst
• 1 year experience in BMC Truesight Orchestrator
• 2 years' of experience in BMC Helix ITSM
• 1 year experience in BMC Helix Dashboards development, support and maintenance on v23.x and above
• Experience in SSRS
• Experience in BMC Remedy Admin tool and/or BMC Helix Developer Studio
• 2 years of experience in BMC Helix DWP (previously SRM)
• 3 years of experience in SQL scripting
• Foundational knowledge on BMC Helix Business Workflow from an administration and configuration perspective will be an advantage.

• The skills include both technical and soft skills. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and related technologies.
• Sound understanding of system functionality at enterprise sub-system levels and data relationships.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, development practices, and methodologies.
• Communication (Written and Verbal) - Clear, concise, good command and conveyance of language
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
