Receptionist (Northern Suburbs Cape Town) Permanent

Our client in Cape Town Northern suburbs is seeking an immediately available Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be professional, organised, and have experience in both reception and basic debtors/creditors functions.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2-3 years reception or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of debtors and creditors
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to start immediately
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Professional, well-presented, and dependable
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and admin tasks
- Supporting the accounts function with basic debtors and creditors work
- Maintaining a neat, professional reception area
Location: Cape Town Northern suburbs
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to R10,000 per month
