Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position based in the City of Cape Town, Brackenfell.

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-desk responsibilities, including welcoming guests, answering phone calls, handling general inquiries, daily invoicing and maintaining various registers for control purposes.

Additional tasks may include clerical duties, organizing documents, and supporting office operations as needed. The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining an organized and professional workspace.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties skills
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, such as data entry, organization, and maintaining office records
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Additional certifications in office administration are a plus
