You are the strategic and hands-on force behind our advertising approach. From performance strategy to execution, you know how to make clients grow through smart campaigns, data-driven optimization, and automation.

You develop and manage omnichannel advertising strategies with a focus on SEA, Display (GDN), YouTube, and feed-based advertising. Together with our CRO and GTM specialists, you ensure that traffic, data, and conversion align perfectly. You also understand how Paid Social can boost reach and retargeting effectiveness. You know the balance between reach and return and translate marketing goals into measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated advertising strategies focused on SEA, Display (GDN), and YouTube.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube.
  • Apply feed-based advertising (Dynamic Search, Retargeting, Prospecting).
  • Set up and manage Shopping, Performance Max, and Local campaigns.
  • Analyze data and results, translating insights into clear advice and concrete next steps.
  • Take responsibility for budget allocation, forecasting, and performance goals within your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with CRO specialists (conversion optimization) and GTM/ABM specialists (data flows & lead generation).
  • Report and present results in Looker Studio / GA4, including optimization recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation within the performance team.
Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Monitor, optimize, and test campaigns daily (A/B testing, creatives, bidding strategies).
  • Work in Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Channable, Tag Manager, adCore, Trueclicks, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Set up tracking and conversion measurement in collaboration with GTM specialists.
  • Write reports and performance updates for client teams (client communication is handled by Team NL).
  • Work towards clear goals, deadlines, and billable targets.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a SEA / Digital Advertising Specialist.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset.
  • Experience with B2B and/or lead generation campaigns.
  • Broad knowledge of SEA, Display, Video, and automation principles.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads / Editor, GA4, Channable, SA360, adCore, Trueclicks, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Understanding of feed management, AI-driven bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficient in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Results-driven mentality and a team player within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads) is a plus - you understand how these channels strengthen SEA within an omnichannel strategy.
  • Bonus: experience with Dutch clients, market, or language.
