About the Role:

The Senior Media Buyer will manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google for multiple client accounts. The role focuses on improving performance, scaling budgets responsibly, and supporting clients with strategic paid media guidance. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and strategy team to ensure each client achieves measurable growth and strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google for approximately 10 client accounts.Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.Develop media strategies in collaboration with strategists and account leads.Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.Implement A B testing and structured experimentation to improve results.Support weekly and monthly reporting across assigned accounts.Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, tests, and performance changes.

 

Hard Skills Required:

At least 4 years of media buying experience on Meta and Google.Strong analytical ability with proficiency in reading platform data and translating metrics into strategic actions.Experience managing ad budgets between 5,000 and 50,000 USD per month.Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, pixel setup, and basic funnel structure.Competence in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Soft Skills Required:

Clear and confident communication skills.Ability to collaborate within a remote team across time zones.Strong attention to detail with reliable follow through.Comfort in client-facing discussions about performance and strategy.Proactive approach to solving problems and improving accounts.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Bing, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.Background working with e-commerce brands or service based businesses.Familiarity with creative testing frameworks or UGC style content.Basic understanding of landing page optimization.

Application Requirement: Candidates must submit a portfolio or summary of past campaign results, including ROAS or CPA improvements, screenshots, or anonymized case studies.

Success Metrics:

Client satisfaction and retention.Meeting or surpassing ROAS or CPA targets for assigned accounts.Efficient management of ad spend across multiple clients.Clear documentation and consistent reporting delivery.Positive internal feedback from strategists and the Marketing Director.
